PLATE-seq

PLATE-seq was developed in-house and allows low-cost full transcriptomic profiling in arrayed format. Read the paper.

PLATE-seq has been used by both private sector and academic researchers for more than eight years on a wide range of projects. PLATE-seq now runs on a custom-built HighRes workstation in 384 format.

scPLATE-seq

Small molecule or cytokine perturbations with single-cell RNA-seq readout in arrayed format.
